Today we closed a $30M Series B led by Fieldstone Capital, with Northstar Ventures joining again. It is the biggest step since three of us left incident response to build Hexwall.
Why now
Attacks got smaller and faster this year. Large companies have teams that watch at night. The 50 person accounting firm, the clinic, the startup with one IT person do not. They are who we built Hexwall for, and 1,200 of them now trust us with their nights.
Every company deserves a security team. Most will never be able to hire one. That is the gap we close.
What comes next
- An office in Austin, so a human responder is awake in every time zone we serve.
- Identity protection as a fourth layer, starting with Okta and Google Workspace.
- A free plan for non profits and schools, with no time limit.
