How long does setup take?
Most teams are fully connected in an afternoon. Mail and cloud take a few clicks each; the device agent rolls out through the tools you already use, such as Intune or Jamf.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. We do not ask for a card to start, and your data is deleted 30 days after a trial ends.
Can Hexwall replace our antivirus?
Yes. The endpoint agent covers what classic antivirus does and adds behaviour based detection, isolation and rollback. Most customers remove their old tool in the first month.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU or the US, your choice, on encrypted servers. We never sell or share it, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Can we change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply at once, downgrades at the end of the billing period. Yearly plans can be moved to a bigger plan with the unused part credited.
Do you offer discounts for non profits?
Yes, 40% off any plan for registered non profits and schools. Write to us with your registration and we will set it up.
